No Mercy Meet Tracker Privacy Policy

This policy covers the No Mercy Meet Tracker web app at nomercy-meet-tracker.vercel.app.

What we collect

Account and profile: your email address and password (for sign-in), display name, nickname, club membership and club title or role.
Garage and build info: the cars you add (year, make, model, name, color), build sheets, mods and parts lists.
Meets: RSVPs, meet check-ins, and photos you post to a meet's photo wall.
Messages: messages and media you send to other members. Message media expires automatically.
Location, only when you turn it on:
Meets: precise location only while you've opted into an active meet and turned sharing on.
Drives: your phone's GPS only while a drive you started is running and the app is open. There is no background tracking.
Drive history: saved drives keep the route and miles so Takeover Zone captures, circuits and the leaderboard can be counted. Speed is never saved or shared.
Notifications: if you turn on zone alerts, we store your browser's push subscription so we can send them.
Sponsor check-ins: only that you checked in at a sponsor that day.

Your profile, garage and build sheets are visible to members of your club only, not the public.
Live meet locations are visible only to people actively in the same meet.
During a group drive, clubmates see your name and "nearby", never your location. Solo drives are never shown to anyone.
Leaderboards show club members your zone captures, miles and meets attended.
Nothing from a drive is posted unless you tap Share. Share cards trim the start and end of the route and never include speed.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. Sponsors never receive your location history.

We use these companies to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Live meet locations are purged within 24 hours after a meet ends.
The temporary "nearby" record for group drives is deleted when you stop, and automatically within 30 minutes if the app closes.
Message media expires automatically.
Saved drives, profiles, garage and build info are kept until you delete them or delete your account.

Location sharing is off until you turn it on, and you can stop sharing or leave a meet at any time.
In Drives, tap Delete my drive history to permanently remove your drives, circuits and sponsor check-ins.
You can edit or remove cars and build sheets in your garage.
To delete your whole account, email buck@nomercynola.com from your account's email address. We'll delete the account and its data.

The app is not meant for children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
